Q: Why can’t I order more than one of the same item?

A: Dj’s Underground “Boutique”: is a small online store carrying minimal amount of sizes per item. The turn- over in clothing will happen rather quickly so check back with us frequently!

A: All transactions will need to be made via the website at this time

Q: What if an item is out of stock ?

A: Unfortunately, the merchandise you would like to purchase is unavailable at this time.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number with my order

A: Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Q: What is the latest hour of the day I can place an order and still have it ship that day?

A: All orders placed by 3pm PST will be shipped the same day, anything after that will be shipped the following day.

Q: What kind of shipping options do you offer?

A: USPS Priority Mail

Q: How do I track my package after it has shipped?

A: You can track your package through the USPS tracking and enter your tracking number

Q: How long will it take to receive my purchase?

A: The expected time of arrival is anywhere between 3-5 business days

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are unsatisfied with an item you may return it and receive store credit for the value of the returned merchandise. At this point in time refunds will NOT be given. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
